I am guessing you mean polyurethane? Energy Suspension or Prothane have kits.

I'm guessing thats what he's referring to. BUT on a very interesting side note; Polypropylene actual has slightly better stiffness and impact resistance than polyurethane, so it could theoretically work well in a suspension.
They make body parts and stuff from it tho.
