Upper Control arm install.
Does this look correct? Hardware set up? Shaft is centered on control arm.

Looks normal to me except a little pulled away, don't think it will affect anything. Here's mine, just finished installing all new joints and bushings and shafts. Just got it re-aligned today. Do you have the upper arm rubber stopper? I had to put a temporary one on mine because I couldn't find the upper or lower one when I put it together. Later I found that LMC has them so I ordered them and will install them later. My truck is slammed so I don't think it will be an issue, only when I jack it up.

I think the bolts for your ball joint should come up from underneath . Nuts for bolts on top .

I haven't bought new rubber stoppers yet. I bought some stuff from lmc which included new shafts, shims and another piece that goes between the shims and the cross shaft. Did not know if it was right. Took it a part 15 years ago and don't remember.

Hard to tell from the first photo which way we're looking, at least for me.
The rubber bump stop goes towards the rear of the vehicle. And yes you can install them (or at least one of the upper or lower arms) on the wrong side.

Yes, his uppers are correct. The snubber platform should face towards the rear and the lowers will have the bottom shock mount also facing the rear. When I did my upper & lower shafts I marked the nuts with my dremel and counted each turn to make sure they were as close to even as possible. If you put some grease on the insides of the arm, where the nuts go into, it makes it MUCH easier to tighten. When you get it aligned they will +/- shims as needed.
Also, it looks like your lower arm is installed already? Looks like you can barely make out the bottom shock mount. If it is then it's on the correct way. I will move the shims. I finally got it tight. I used the original cross shaft and removed the lmc Taiwan made one, works good.
