Best primer?
As in books- not paint. I'm looking to buy a 67-72. Rather than post a bunch very basic questiones, I'd like to bone up on the basics. Would like anyone's recommendations on best guide to buying one of these along with any advice you'd care to offer.
Thanks. |

I would just hang out on this board if you have time and read the posts...these guys know everything! Great group to get good reliable info from, and shop around for a 67-72 truck or blazer!

I second that. Hang out on the board and you will know everything you could ever dream of about 67-72 chevys. You don't even have to post if you dont want to. It is easy to gather a wealth of information just by watching
![]() For some mechanical stuff, you may want to pick up a basic Haynes or Chilton manual on one of these trucks. They are helpful when you are working on the truck, with pictures and diagrams on stuff like brakes, suspensions, and they have tables for clearance specs and torque specs on fasteners. Good luck!
