IA 1978-87, 88-91 dual express down window splice kits!

Ok....I've had some interest from members on this version of my express down window kits-instead of replacing your door harnesses (assuming yours are in good shape) you can use this splice kit which has only the very minimum amount of splicing to do.

I provide everything from the window switch connectors to the window motor connector-you simply need to splice to 4 wires on the drivers side and 2 on the passenger side. The wires that you need to splice to are:

LH:

Black
Pink
Tan
Blue w/wht


RH:

Pink
Blue w/wht

Other than splicing to your existing harness, you simply mount the express down module, run the new window leads and connect your newly modified window switch connector to your OEM window switch and you're done!

This way, there is minimal splicing done and no pulling a complete door harness to install. I offer full reproduction door harnesses but those those who have otherwise good door wiring and would only like a simple upgrade to express down windows, this may be an option for some. Sorry but what exactly do you kits do for the power windows? Does you kit make them go up & down faster?

Yes-they do 2 things-the solid state module provides relay power as well as auto-down with only a quick touch of your stock power window switch. So it serves to increase window speed and to go down automatically.

Cool! So a kit for a CC would be $149 X 2? I'm not ready to buy a set yet but definitely putting it in the budget.
