What is a 1V76 Towing Device
The build sheet for my 79 k20 says it came with a 1v76 Towing Device, What is that that?

From what I can find rpo code v76 was for Tow hooks

This is correct. V76= front row hooks.

You may disregard the "1" in front of the RPO. It is simply a dummy character or placeholder.
