panel under wipers

[RAMMER]

Hi All
I have a 1967 chevy c10 pick up and i need to fit new washer jet and new tubes.
IT look like i have to remove the panel above to get to them?
IF that the case when you remove the bolts from the nuts do the nut stay on the panel or do they fall away.

There is only four bolts and 4-5 screws on top that run along the grill area. No nuts to fall unless you have PO podge work to deal with.

Thanks for getting back to me am hoping that how it is.
ITS alway a bit scary when your not to sure if you should turn that bolt one more turn.
IVE only just got back to the uk,and it the Chevy I've owned so it a all new ball game to me so it great to be able to get help from you guys.
IF i can work it out i will put some picture on for you of the truck.

Welcome to the board. As Panelman indicated you shouldn't have any trouble removing the cowl vent panel. You will have to remove the windshield wipers first....

I wonder if you or panel man could help me with this one?
Has the washer bottle has gone to and I can't find the wiring
Where would the switch be mounted on
The dashboard ? Many thanks

The washer switch is integrated with the windshield wiper switch. You push in on the wiper switch knob to activate the washer. When you push on the knob it activates the washer and turns the wipers on low speed. The windshield washer pump is built into the windshield wiper motor.

ive owned three 67`s and on not one of them did the washer pump work. hopefully yours is a different story

I've had the same luck as you with the '67's Michael, although the one in the '70 I had worked and the one in my '68 CST junk yard find works.
