I was trying to find out specific deminsions on a firewall I am getting ready to purchace because with the few companies that sell It I was getting 2 different measurements. I foud that GMCpauls sold this same firewall so I sent out an email hoping to here from them on monday (this is sunday) because I knew they were closed today. Within an hour Paul Jr sent me an email back letting me know he had went and took the measurements himself and verified the numbers I was needing. I cant say enough about how important customer service means when running a business that deals with the public, and these guys are a class act in my book. Their firewall Is a little more expensive than their competitors but Ill gladly pay the extra cost to know that the people on the other end Is willing to go out of their way on their day off to help me out. Thanks guys and Im looking forward to doing business with you!
