Also are the mounting cones(2) & nuts (2) behind the knobs there, I can't really see them?

Here is a pic. of the face, it is in pretty good condition with just some very small scratches and slight pitting. It is complete with the mounting cups, nuts and even the little washers that go between the black knobs and the chrome knobs that are always MIA.
