I was kind of thinking this one might be good
I like the pvc radiator hose. or maybe this one I like the way he mounted the steering box. This would be a good way to lift my truck And I could connect my steering box like this And to think that we could be passing these people on the highway at 60 mph!!! Litdave

So you want to wreck a 67-72 Chevy truck??? Did you see how many of your pics had the term "FORD" in them. In my honest opinion......don't do it to a classic Chevy. JMO.

I guess the jokes on me.
I put this up as a joke but it looks like a few guys are taking me seriously on this. These are some of the most f***up suspensions I have ever seen. Some of them are death traps waiting to happen. I found this site and couldn't beleive that people actually did these things. Litdave

Ahem. New1. I resent that. I would think we'd do a little better fabrication than that. Okay. Well, maybe me and one other person in my shop would. plus the teacher. that's about it.

I got an idea.
I can raise the truck up about 20 feet or so, stretch it out about 50 feet and put in the "big block" that Dwaynes56&68 was asking about in his post: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...threadid=68087 Might work with some heavy duty springs. Litdave

That motor is really not that big. Those are leprechauns working on it!It should fit with a little work.Maybe a mid-engine?Put it in the bed,add another rear or two to help with the weight.
