Unexplained noise

So my truck has a weird grinding/vibrating noise coming from either right in front and under or directly under the drivers feet. Here's the kicker! It only happens when a heavier driver (I'm 200 lbs) is sitting in the driver seat and moving slowly (reverse or in drive). My lady will slide over to hold the truck still so I can try to find the noise but it disappears. It's been here for a few months or so

Will I have to order the kit of bushings offline? They are pretty pricey
