Just drop spindles?
Can't find pics of front end height on a 67-72 that has stock springs and 2.5" drop spindles. Please post if you have some pics. Thx.

Re: Just drop spindles?
Here's a 2.5/4 drop with stock springs. I'm thinking about another 2" all around.

Re: Just drop spindles?
Just remember if you have factory springs they do sag over the years so it might be a little lower then you plan on.

Re: Just drop spindles?
My 68c10 has ece stock small block (no ac) springs with 2 1/2" dropped ece spindles and i tape measured from the center of the wheel UP to the wheel opening and both sides are 15 1/2". Keep in mind tire height has no bearing on this measurement. My ls engine is sitting a little farther back than the small block was and the ls has aluminum heads. Ece warranty claimed the front coils for sagging on one side and he asked for this exact measurement procedure. My replacements are about 4 years old. Also to consider is if you lower the rear end it has a slight tendency to lift the front.

Re: Just drop spindles?
Thanks! Looks like I'm gonna use some stock height 73-87 spindles. Got a good deal on some used ones, and only plan to lower 1-2" anyway.
