72 3/4 ton 4x4 running gear
I came across this truck to part out. I am looking to sell the following rolling chassis for someone.
1972 TRL 3/4 ton 4x4 motor dated March 72. Odometer says 24k, but they are 24k farm miles! Original hose clamps, radiator hoses and clamps and the motor still has the French locks on the exhaust manifolds. Runs, missing original carb. 4x4 dipstick there. Includes all brackets etc. Trans/transfer case. Forward but no reverse. Front and rear drive shafts. Steering box. Original shocks! Eaton HO52 rear end posi Dana 44 front with blue hubs. Tie rod bar across front end is bent from accident. Basically, a rolling chassis that does not have a title. One owner family that took insurance claim on accident. Body is a rusty mess. Would like to sell rolling chassis together. Motor, trans/transfer case, front and rear ends, springs etc. $1,200 Last edited by John H.; 09-22-2015 at 02:01 AM. |

This is a pretty good deal for somebody. These k/ frames are getting pretty hard to find in my expierence

I have a bill of sale. A car hit it and the insurance company totaled it so I would think it has a salvage title. Have not thought about applying for a title since I planned to part it out.

Here are pics of another front drive shaft for 71blazer1919. I have a tough work schedule for the next couple weeks including weekends, so I have to get through this first. I have never shipped front and rear ends, so I am not sure I have the resources to do that. |
