Mystery chrome trim. What is it?
Found laying loose in my 71. Whatever it's used for, it would be about the same width as a window. I think it's from a different truck. Nice piece of chrome.
Link if you "can't see it". May just be pick on Tony day: https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/lx...=w1000-h750-no

Re: Mystery chrome trim. What is it?
It looks like the corner of the vent window.

Re: Mystery chrome trim. What is it?
That was my first thought. But as far as I can tell, the vent window is just one piece of trim.

Re: Mystery chrome trim. What is it?
I still don't see any pic, and the link takes me to a page to sign in to my Google account. I do not have a Google account.
It's all good though.... I think your question has been answered.

Re: Mystery chrome trim. What is it?
Odd you can't see it. Maybe one of those I-phones or the like? Settings? Seriously anyone else not seeing it? Might be I should use another medium.
If it's a corner piece to a vent window, It's for these trucks. It's a corner piece, about 1.5/16" end to end. See 27.45 in this EXCELLENT video. The trim for the 67-72 is a single piece. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YgkZJ8vNRSo

Re: Mystery chrome trim. What is it?
Mystery trim, mystery picture. I'm using Google Chrome. Maybe Google has a bug. Off visor? Don't believe the originals came with chrome trim.
Believe I heard recently Internet Explorer was no to be no longer supported. Wonder if that's it?

Re: Mystery chrome trim. What is it?
I just looked at a visor and those clips are just a straight piece folded over, as in crimped to the seam end.
I think it's a chromed rear fatbob fender off a teeny Harley Wide Glide. I don't think it is off of one of these trucks at all.

Re: Mystery chrome trim. What is it?
I forgot about that clip on each end of the visor. Definitely not that. I think K nailed it, this is a fatbob fender off a Harley.
