6.0 cam options
looking like my truck might have a wiped cam so now im looking for options. 2002 3500 6.0 4x4 1 1/2 cab long box. i just rebuilt the 4l80e behind it and put a light shift kit in it with high energy clutches with a factory stall converter. not wanting to do any programing or chip right now. will be mostly a tow rig but was looking for something with a little more pep over stock. something with a lope is fine.

Re: 6.0 cam options
give this article a read. It will ultimately point you to in the direction of the LQ9 cam for a factory replacement. It has no significant loss on the low end and a gain of about 25hp and 25 ft-lbs at 5500 rpm. It also has some crane cams to compare against that are impressive and not too radical, but in order to get the most out of any cam swap you should do an ecu tune.
