brake line help!

Hi Guys, I have recently received some TrueBend lines to plum my brake lines.
The size are 3/16 and 1/4.

I have ran the 1/4 to the rear but the fitting does not fit the rear wheel cylinders (drum)

This is a 70 c10 shortbed with a newer(not exactly sure what year) rearend .

Can I use reducers on the fittings or am I just asking for problems with leaks?
Should I just run the 3/16 lines to the rear?

The 3/16 do get a turn or 2 into the wheel cylinders.

any help is appreciated.

I am a newbie to this.

-John
