1964 Chevy K10 Build
This is my factory 4x4 K10 Chevy that I am restoring. It is a short wheel base, fleet side, and has a big window. These are pictures of what I have done on it so far. I have since blasted the bed as well.

Agree with the "keep us updated". You should consider starting a thread in the "Projects and Builds section". I am doing a very similar build on mine. What color(s) are you going to be using?

Re: 1964 Chevy K10 Build
I am doing a two tone color. Either Red and White. Or that sort of turquoise color but a little more green and white and a gray interior

Re: 1964 Chevy K10 Build
Yeah, I know the feeling. lol I'm doing school and working afternoons to evenings plus Saturdays so I have a super tight schedule. lol Then I work full time during the summer when school gets out and less weekends so I finally have 2 days to work on the truck.

Re: 1964 Chevy K10 Build
Finally able to get out and work for a few hours. Fixed a rusted out corner in the driver side door. I popped the spot welds out in the corner, then cut out the outer door skin. Then I cut out the inner part of it. I have a donor door so I did the exact same thing on the donor door and took the inner part and welded that in. Then I welded the outer skin from the donor on the door. Finally I bent the folds that were spot welded back over and welded those. Not being able to work on her is killing me! We need more hours in the day!

Lookin good Mitch! I'm in the process of doing the same thing. It may take many hours but it'll be worth it in the end

Re: 1964 Chevy K10 Build
Lots of progress bing made, it all takes time on these older trucks. You will have a great truck when done, not many 4x4 still around. Have spent time in Ogden, family their.
