Front drop spring recommendation?
PO dropped front of 63 C10 with 2 inch drop springs and also cut an extra 2 inches out of them.
I'm going to install POL disk conversion kit with 2.5 drop spindles and would like to maintain the current height while eliminating the suspension from bottoming out so easily. 1)Can I go with 2.0 drop springs with 2.5 drop spindles? 2)If so, will this pose any problems? ie: suspension bottoming out so easy/limited suspension travel 3)will standard 15" 5x5 rims fit without any issues? (maybe should go with 17"?) sorry for so many questions |

There are lots of variables so there isn't just one answer so we need more information. What is bottoming exactly? Have the bump stops been cut?

will try to take some better pic tomorrow. I think the bump stops (if its the correct area that I'm thinking as bump stops, the metal pads directly above the lower A frames). The area I'm trying to describe has only about 1-1.5 inch gap.
