gauge panel block off plate?

I'm searching for a piece of sheet metal or stamped aluminum that blocks off the original gauge cluster and bezels.
Truck is no longer a daily driver and it is in full on street/strip

I'm not going to buy one of those fancy racepak gauges, however I'm looking for this so i can mount my own gauges and make my own harness with fuses and everything

Plus block off my vent and climate controls for more gauges

Another question- anyone ever run a switch panel similar to what's in jegs?

Push button start, fuel pump, fan switches etc
