I would say new weatherstrip and door striker time.
My passenger door never gets used (I'm single) and it is hard to shut and tight 'cause the weatherstrip is still new (from the factory) |

I would look at the striker bolt on the doors to see if they are worn. If the plastic ring is missing, it will rattle. If it is worn, go get some from GM.

Check the strikers in the door jamb.

Strikers is a good starting point. I had the slieve fall off the on on the passanger side and it raddled like hell. A $26 new bolt and it is all better.

Yeah $26 is the highest I found it too but I wanted original GM and I didn't want to wait. It annoyed me too much.
