Is it originally off of a 305 or a 350? Are all of the major parts from one car or is it an amalgamation of parts from different models and years?
Sent e-mail to link and it was returned as failure to deliver

really wouldn't matter about the engine size it came from. If the injectors have been replaced, that is the big difference. The fuel rails are all the same size. Only other difference would be the ECM. But those are easy to come by and replace. Or just get a new PROM burned. Not a bad price either. sounds like a complete setup. Too bad I already have 2 of them in my garage right now. My wife would kill me if I bought another....

I've got some pieces if you want to start. Got a decent set of runners that someone tried to powder coat. I was going to strip and recoat them. Also have a plenum from the same setup that looks better than the runners. I have to sell off some so I can aford the rest of the parts to make it whole. I bought 2 to make one out of. Let me know if your interested. Although, I wish I had just bought one like the one in this post. Then I wouldn't have to hunt for parts everywhere.

If you shop around and hit ebay at the right times, you can get good prices on stuff. I got 2 complete setups for les than $300. Both were missing small parts, but not the same small parts. I was going to buy an aftermarket harness anyway, so I didn't care if they came with that. Now I can sell off the parts I don't need and make a little money back. Just have to be patient.
Clarkston is only about 10 minutes from where I live. You should stop by when your up. I like to meet other board members. |

Shouldn't be too bad. Yes, it will be cold for you. But remember, it's winter here about 6-7 months out of the year. We are used to it. 45 is warm enough to go out and work on the truck! Plus I have a heater in the garage. Keeps it above freezing while I'm out there.

They have winter 10-11 months out of the year there. My uncle has a cabin on the St Mary's River about 20 miles south of the Soo. always cold there. I learned to waterski up there. Needless to say, I learned quick. 4th of July the water was 61 degrees. One year we had snow on the 4th too. It's like a whole different world there.

I dont really want to piece it together, but it is easier to spend little chunks, even if it costs you more in the long run.
Also try attaching the picture to your post at the bottom of the compose screen.

That is one of the nicest set of runners I have seen. They are worth a lot by themselves. Most are all dinged up cuz the dumbass removing it had no idea what he was doing. Nice looking setup. What is the number on the computer?

there were a couple of very minor dings on it from the previous owner. you really have to baby those things though. ecm # should be 1227165. i`ll have to check when i get home. i do water heater engineering @ night and help people troubleshoot over the phone. i get to play on the cpu all night. that`s how i stumbled on the great web site.

what else would be needed to install on a current carbed small block??
I know nothing about the TPI, but have always been curious. I am just south of you by about 100 miles ... i could leave out the shipping and pick up in person. Thanks! |

just had that same ? e mailed. all it should require is an electric fuel pump and possibly a regulator. it will have to be fused on a circuit of coure but nothing too major. the biggest thing may be an o2 sensor. i,ll have to check what i`ve got left on the car and see what i`ve got left. where are you located? in tn?

Need any truck parts, maybe do some trading for some of the cash. Just a though, as this would go right on my Monte.

I really don't know a whole lot about these, either. I was wondering how 'tuneable' a setup like this is... Does it have to pretty much sit on top of a mostly stock smallblock, or can it be opened up to handle a motor with some horses?
