Short bed conversion
I want to convert to a short bed found plenty of info on cutting the frame but nothing on cutting the bed itself. Anyone done this before would appreciate any tips/ pics.

Re: Short bed conversion
I have seen many builds which the bed was cut down, I think if you do a google search, you can find quite a few. Most cut 12" out of the front and 8" out of the back, and the exact locations where the cuts come out seem to be arbitrary.
I have never, nor will I likely ever cut down a long bed myself, but I did find this thread interesting. A different approach to a LWB to SWB conversion
