Question on burb seats.
So if you had a full width second seat that seats three could you put a second full width seat facing rear like the old station wagons? The seats would be back to back. Is there room between the wheel wells? Or is that a factor?
I know the mounting brackets are different. I do have a burb, but its not home yet so I just cant run outside and check it out =)

Re: Question on burb seats.
No. The wheel wells are too close to the middle seat.

There might be room if you installed it so the backs of the seats were touching each other? I can't remember how much room there was between the back of the 2nd seat and the wheel tub and since I sold the Burb I can't check..... ... Maybe Bigdav already tried it. LockDoc

Re: Question on burb seats.
Yeah sounds like he's got it. I thought it would be cool for the grand kids to have the rear seat facing backwards. I suppose I could just put the small seat they normally use for the second seat when there are three (from the factory) facing backwards instead ... That sounds funny, but you get the idea lol.

Re: Question on burb seats.
Maybe Im all wet when Im thinking about seating in the burbs. One back seat equals a wide seat. Two back seats equals a small seat you can get past to reach the back seat. And the back seat would be the same seat that would be the wide second only seat ... LOL, confusing to say. Am I off? I know there is a brochure pic somewhere that shows the seating options.

Re: Question on burb seats.
A 2 seat burb = Wide second seat
A 3 seat burb = 2nd row narrow seat, 3rd row narrow seat (same seats as Blazer rear) |

Re: Question on burb seats.
Swivel buckets are cool, but we need benches for more seating capacity. Five kids now, never know when another will hit the scene lol.
