kick panel vent sheetmetal
Does anyone know a place where you can get replacement sheet metal that goes under the cowl panel?

Check out the last page of this thread. Sawman should be able to get a cut for you. I was looking for the inner pieces of the cowl, but I just ended up making my own. I have pics on the thread of what I was looking for and Sawman did have it available.

Are you talking about the panel just behind the hood that bolts on? Some call those upper cowl while the welded on part beneath it is called the lower cowl. I have a cab[on the dolly] in my shop right now that is getting one of the lower cowls.
