Can't remember the size but you can pick them up at TSC (Tractor Supply Company) Should be the smaller size.

Re: Hog rings for bench seat??..??..
I think they are just one size to fit hog ring pliers - and usually the rings come in packs of 100 though I think I used more like 50 to recover the seat and back.
I used just the normal steel ones but looking at the original hog rings on my seat (which were very rusty) I wished I would have found some stainless steel hog rings (although I don't know if they exist) Any Farm Supply or Animal Feed type store should have them (also of course any upholstery supply). Also when you buy a bench seat cover set sometimes the hog rings and even the pliers are included in the box..(mine were).. |

Hog ring pliers:
http://www.miamicorp.com/products/TO...%20PLIERS.aspx Hog Rings: http://www.miamicorp.com/default.asp...R1&catlist=421 I bought a 5lb box of hog rings because they were so cheap. That'll be a lifetime supply for me. The good pliers are worth it if you plan on doing more than one seat.

Re: Hog rings for bench seat??..??..
I bought from Eastwood, very happy. It's worth buying a nice set of hog ring pliers to do this.

Re: Hog rings for bench seat??..??..
I spotted a hog ring plier on Harbor Freight website for 8 bucks, I have never used it but it has a lot of good reviews. Also a good pair of side cutters will make quick work of cutting old rings.

Re: Hog rings for bench seat??..??..
Buy the hog ring pliers with the angled jaws they work much better than the straight ones and it's easier to use a good set of channellock diagonal cutters or similar and twist the old hog rings off rather than cutting them and having bunch of old hog rings still stuck in the seat or cover .all hog rings aren't ment for seat installs you want the ones listed below

I ordered these... http://www.classicparts.com/1947-87-.../#.VquNiOw8KJI
I'm guessing they're not the best pliers but I'm thinking it'll get the job done.

Re: Hog rings for bench seat??..??..
Oh my God, no. Throw those in the trash when they come in and just keep the hog rings.
They're absolute garbage. I wasted an hour trying to use those things. After you get frustrated and throw those away buy the angled ones above or these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/GearWrench-3...IAAOSw~ZdVf5wB I did the bench in my truck, the buckets in my mustang and the back seat. The bench in the truck was done last winter, after some good ole south Carolina Sun all the wrinkles worked their way out.
