A good size tire for these wheels
I currently have some old dry rotted 33 x 12.5 x15's on my 72 K10 (they are probably 25 years old), but am now working on cleaning up the wheels and will need new tires. The 33 x 12.5 seemed to fit just fine, and looked good, and no clearance issues on my stock stance K10
I guess these wheels are 8" wide? Or would they be considered wider? I thought it would probably be measured from inside lip to inside lip What's a good aggressive looking tire that would fit and look good? Checking places like Tire Rack and Discount Tire, there are many many to choose from. I was leaning towards the BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2, but not sure if I need to be concerned with things like load index, speed range, etc.

Re: A good size tire for these wheels
that's an 8" wheel. You measure inside bead to inside bead, roughly 1" less than O/S to O/S. I like Cooper Tires. They have choices. I bought from Discount Tire Direct

Practically any tire fits on that. I put my 42s on 8s. 33x12.50r15 is ideal.

Re: A good size tire for these wheels
My '90 Blazer came with 8" rallyes and 235/75r-15s. That's as small as I'd go and 12.50 wide is as wide as I'd go. Height doesn't matter. Basically, any tire 8-12.50" wide

Re: A good size tire for these wheels
Thanks for the info. Looks like I'll just stick with the same size. Maybe some tires deals will pop up while I'm looking

Re: A good size tire for these wheels
I ended up getting 4 Goodyear Wrangler DuraTracs 33 / 12.50R15's for a final price of $153 a tire through Discounttireonline.com Instant $20 off per tire and rebates of $160. Of course it's probably going to be about $20 or so per tire for mounting and balancing, so closer to $170 per tire
