1995 Suburban 1500 Spare Tire

Experts, I just picked up a 1995 suburban 1500 LT, and am wondering about the interior spare tire mounting. Searched and was unable to find anything. I know it mounts on the drivers side interior by the rear doors, but i am missing everything but the cover. So in a nutshell, i need the parts, and pictures would be awesome. Also, i have the case for the jack, not sure where it goes, so needing parts for this as well. If anyone can provide me this information it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
