To help you widen your search, the actual chrome housing was originaly from a 69 Camaro Rally Sport back up light. GM just put a big fat rubber gasket on to make it work on a truck

GM NOS cargo lamp kit complete with, nos lamp housing, nos lamp harness, nos lamp switch, nos housing gasket, nos lens and all the little nos hardware shown in the included install instructions.
