Bench Seat Aftermarket

I would like leather seats in my '85 step side.
Has anyone bought seats from Discount Van Truck? I may consider the OEM style seat in black leather. I have buckets with a center counsel which folds up as a center seat from a '87 K5 in black velour which I would replace.
here is the link to Discount Van Truck web site:

Re: Bench Seat Aftermarket

No haven't seen those, but wow, those are pricey. Have you considered having yours re-upholstered in leather? Or maybe finding a bench seat out of a salvage truck and having it re-upholstered in leather?

Mine had a 90's bench seat when I bought the truck. I wanted to go with something period correct. So I found a seat for $50 at a local yard and had it re-upholstered for $200.

I was looking at that same sight but saw this one along the way. It has a much better selection and a little less expensive. Im thinking of getting these buckets here in Black and midnight blue.

gridironkohn, Thanks those seats look great. I like the two tone color option and 61" wide. I see they also will send color samples.
My truck is in for paint and will have it back 1st of March then replace the velour seat with leather. Thanks again

Just this past summer, 2015. I guess I forgot to mention that I ordered all the fabric myself. I wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. So I had $140 in fabric, with quite of bit of leftover. $200 was for the labor. So $340 total for the re-upholstery (not including $50 for the seat.) I had about 2 yards of the vinyl left over, and I sent it to Crusin Cupholders. They made the console with my vinyl, so it matches perfectly with the seat.

About six weeks, considered a bench seat. No fab work needed when you order the adapter kit.
