Tire selection

I plan on putting new wheels and tires on my 71 k20 when it's done. They'll be 16x10. The truck has no lift. I want to lift it but I don't have enough money for it. Will 33x13.50x16s fit at stock height? I don't plan on rock crawling but it will be off the road some as it will be a farm truck. This picture is when I got it. They are 33's but really skinny.
