Stick with these or go with steelies?

I purchased 20" Ridler wheels and now I'm leaning towards going with an 18 or 20" black smoothie. What are you guys thoughts, I can't make up my mind so wanted some opinions before I put miles on this new set.

Thanks,

Both wheels are cool. What are your goals for the truck?? Paint color? Interior style etc.

Re: Stick with these or go with steelies?

I like the Riddler wheels, but I always felt that the 20" in the front was to much, I'm in the process of trying to pickout wheels myself and I am leaning toward a 20X11 rear and 18X9 front.

Re: Stick with these or go with steelies?

For the time being which is awhile im going to leave it the factory primer and green until the funds are right to do everything properly and i will still go back with 503 green. I am going to stay factory as possible besides wheels and the bags that are installed.

IMO, those steelies would be a better visual fit on your truck.

Stock white steelies with PO3 caps. And raise that thing about half a foot, would ya? Ha. Just kidding, I vote for #2, the steelie-ish wheels - those would look better on your truck I believe.

Could you please show me what the PO3 caps look like? I googled it but it came up with 100's of options.

Here's a pic of a 3/4 ton one, but there is also a 1/2 ton size (12" vs 10.5-ish")

I like the delmo specials/centerline smoothie....those five spokes are far too common.

Btw, these are stock 69-72 (blue bow tie) and 73-75 ( yellow bow tie). They fit stock gm steelies.

Vote for Steele. Better look for the current patina you have.

Keep the chrome wheels you already have purchased and paint that poor thing, that is way beyond patina! FWIW

The time will come, one step at a time. I want to fix all the issues the PO created before I worry about paint.

FunkFords -- who makes those wheels and what size are you running? I really like the look.

They're centerline smoothies that i machined for hub cap clips. Wheels are 20"×9".

I think you need more tire, less wheel
