wiring diagram '84
anyone have a wiring diagram for '84 C10 w/305 w/ac gauge cluster, the temp quit
replaced the sending unit, gauge still maxed, didn't think first, sending unit not bad, gauge maxed. anyway, the search is not working any help is appreciated Thanks, DJ

I think the gauge will max out if the wire to the sending unit grounds out. I had a problem with a wildly bouncing needle on mine because the green wire that goes to it was grounding out on the valve cover as I drove down the road.

Yes, that what I meant by not thinking before changing the sending unit. When the wire is unplugged, gauge is still maxed. Searched under the hood and around, but could not find any short. Maybe the gauge is bad?
