Dually wheels ?
Are the 50's & 60's dual wheels 16"? And were they 6" or 7" wide?

mostly, they were 16". I've never seen a Budd wheel over 6". Back then I think they were 5", but I'd have to check.

Are the offsets on the old wheels the same as the offsets on the newer budd wheels?
