Just what the title say. Maybe i havent looked hard enough but i just cannot figure it out. Please help thanks

If you click on the word "Subscribe" in the menu bar above it will explain the different subscription options....

Looked at that page about 5 times and did not realize that i was a register member just not a paying member. Its late and i was confused. Thanks for helping me understand
