Finally seen Factory Shoulder belts
My brother is looking for a truck for his son so we went to look at a 70 in Burbank ,it was a real beater C/20 Cheyenne BB that now was in need of a lot of work and had a 350 in it .
But the truck had what looked like factory shoulder belts they were in sad shape the retractor covers were gone .The option sheet in the glove box had been painted over a couple of time so couldn't verify they were stock.

According to the ones I have seen you are the retractor for the shoulder belts, you had to place them in a clip back on themselves below where they mount to the cab. That is also what it shows in the factory assembley manuals.
