After the dust settled I did end up with this truck. A lot of drama followed the last sale but after d21smith and I compared stories the seller was the weak link. D21 and I have actually became friends and have helped each other with other trucks and parts. D21 serviced and did tune up , it runs very decent, drives like a tank!! I love it!! No big plans for it other than further clean up. I did remove the later model plow and have a winch bumper to put on it.

That rare truck deserves a restoration even if it means a new cab.. there are very few napco
trucks from this era and are only going up in value.

For now I don't need a running driving one in parts. Just going to clean things up and take care of her for now. Can't imagine more than 20 of these around anymore (at least 67 model that is)

About the only thing Ive had time to do is fix/replace the cab marker lights. I have some very clean 67 interior parts, like dash pad and heater controls, that I plan to put in next , then tires.

Man if you were closer I could hook you up with some P30 19.5's I found a guy that parted out 25 step vans all had the 19.5 8 on 6.5 lug pattern

Very cool, it is sporting 19.5's now. They are split rims but I think our local industrial tire shop will still work with them. I will find out soon!!

That is a good looking truck just as it is. It helps to know what you are looking at. Hey Grumpy, better get in line. I put my order in when he first bought it

yeah, NAPCO front axles are reconfigured corporate rears. But it's odd to see a 4wd shifter since it would have originally been a factory C/30. It must have been changed along the way
