Horn button fix

Gm did not do a good job when they put this together at the factory. Most of them i've seen are busted a least on one side. I recently found an nos one and it was broken when i opened the box. So i decided to practice on the old one. I was able to drill and tap it using 5/32 by 1/4 machine screw.
