WTB gauges

Looking for gauges with real nice faces. Not important that the gauge works as long as the gauge face is nice.

I would consider real nice working temp and fuel gauges.

Not looking to stock up with inventory ( I have no room for it any longer) but need a few sets for some future restoration work.

Let me know what you have with photos and price shipped to 97448.

Thank you,
Tom

Re: WTB gauges

Are you only looking for temp and fuel gauges?

I have an NOS 6 cyl tach for sale here.

I also have a NOS ammeter gauge 1503428. I would like $27 shipped plus paypal fees for it.

Or I would sell both for $270 shipped plus paypal fees.

I may have a customer interested in the tach. Price firm? PM me if preferred. I do not need the amp gauge at this time but it is a nice piece for the price.

Thank you for the time,
Tom

Since Tbone passed I'd be interested if still available...

I have a bunch still. How many are you looking for? Lots of nice speedos and fuel gauges. I also have a tach face that I was told was NOS but there was no box. Let me know if interested and how many fuel and speedo gauges you may want.

Hi Mike,

I am looking for very nice gauges. I could use a couple of nice lenses too but the gauges are the most important. They are getting hard to find with nice faces on them. I can transfer a nice face to another gauge.

Working temp and fuel gauges with nice faces as well.

Let me know what you have,

Thank you,
Tom

Tom, do you still have the volt gauge conversions available?

Thanks,

I'll keep it mind. I am only buying gauges for customer builds at this time. Post them for sale and you should get $75.00 each for them easy if in good working and cosmetic condition.

Thank you,
Tom

NP. Incidentally, I posted them about a month ago I think at $65 shipped and I thought they would be gone in no time but they didn't. Weird. When I was looking for good faced 80# they were hard to find and I paid the $75 you suggested. Anyways, thanks for the help. Cheers.

It is a game of patients actually. You wait for the right buyer or give them away at half the price they are worth. Just wait and be patient and someone will come along and buy them for what they are worth.

Re: WTB gauges

Welcome Back Tom...

I am getting ready to install that set you built for me... I only wish I would have had you do a 8K tach instead of the 5...

Thanks again for the meticulous work on the dashes...

Dan

I appreciate it Dan. Can't do the volume of work I use to do but can still build them with the same attention to detail that I always have.

Take care,
Tom

Hey Tom,
Any use in a NOS temp gauge? I bought a ton of NOS parts from a guy and this was in it.

Hi Neil,

That is a very nice gauge but not for the 67-72 trucks. I believe that the gauge you have is from a van possibly.

Thank you for the offer but I would never use it. Not much call for early 70's Chevy van gauge cluster restorations .

Take care,
Tom
