Anyone else running into vendors that don't actually carry stock? (middlemen)
I'll try to keep this brief.
I'm looking for replacement floor panels/cab supports/other tin Here in Ontario Canada I am running into the following issues: -Vendors that don't actually keep stock. They just list LMC truck/Summit/classic heartbeat etc parts and try to be the middlemen to sell them to you with markup + shipping and/or -Vendors that are actually in the states and don't give any (or very little) indication on their website they either don't ship to Canada or it's stupidly expensive if they do Personally I like to see parts in person and pay right there. If I wanted to order it in I can certainly do it from LMC/Summit/Whomever myself without someone else getting a markup on it. Anyone else running into this issue? If anyone in Ontario knows anyone that actually keeps stock in house I'd appreciate a PM. I only have 1 guy I know of I can trust. Thanks |

Bill Peeters of 'Bills Truck Shop' in oshawa/courtice area OR Scott's Super Trucks in Alberta ...both of these suppliers can be found on line. I have never had any luck or respect out of LMC and would probably never pursue them for parts again.... My two bits. Coley

Bill's is the guy I already know about. I've had good luck with them but was hoping to find more connections. Didn't know about the Alberta guy. Thanks. |

I got all my patch panels from Wes at Classic Heartbeat in Olympia Wa. Very pleased with the quality. He will ship them out just call him.

I've frequently shopped from Scotts. I've had nothing but good experiences with him. He caries some really nice used parts, and he stocks a lot of the more common stuff. Unfortunately he is about 4 hours from me one way so I don't make it out to him that often. Good customer service if you call. Email has been spotty at best for me. Posted via Mobile Device |

I bought a lot of parts from Bills Truck Shop in Courtice On. They have always looked after me well. Their prices are in line and they have a huge inventory, most parts are in stock ready to ship.
Where are you in Ontario?
