64-66 swap on to a 72 frame??

Obviously the front frame horn ends are different, what else is different besides the radiator mount? Will the cab bolt on?

Re: 64-66 swap on to a 72 frame??

From what I have read, the rear cab mounts are slightly different as well as the radiator support mounts. I assume you are aware of the possible legal issue with having a frame and cab with different VIN's? What is wrong with your original frame? A '67-'72 frame is the best to use if you do not have or can not find a '63-'66 frame. Just be aware of the possible issues with the VIN.

Re: 64-66 swap on to a 72 frame??

Arkansas is pretty lenient on inspections

I am just starting to gather parts. I have 2 64's both have bent frames in front.

I have a good 72 short bed frame, already has P/S, 5 lug disc brakes
