Dome Light Question
on the 69 trucks, where is the correct placement for the door jamb switch or didn't they have one?

I'd also like to know what year they started using the door jam switch and where it locates. I'd like to incorporate courtesy lights on my 68 C10.

Here's the courtesy lamp switch on my 69 CST... I don't know when they started putting them in but I would assume it was mid year in 1969.

The door jamb switch was available on the 69s as an option and was included with the CST package. I believe it was for the entire 1969 run as my 69 CST made fairly early in the model year (early Dec, 1968) has always had one.
