Anyone have an idea of what size bolt this is?
The bracket that goes from the tranfercase to the bell housing
I'm missing the bolt that goes into the bell housing...I guess I don't have the bolt in my misc pile... Any help is greatly appreciated. It's driving me nuts and I have a knock when decelerating...I'm hopin this is it. 1987 GMC high sierra btw.. Last edited by Rob C; 07-01-2016 at 07:20 PM. |

If the bolt passes through the bellhousing and goes into the rear of the block, it's a 3/8-16.
My 84 K10 has that bracket but I'm too wiped out from today to crawl under and look. But I seem to recall it sets against the bellhousing and bolts to the block.
