New Owner of a 69 C10...
ive been a member here for years, cruising the posts hoping to get a C10 one day... well that day has come. I picked this up last week! 1969 C10 with a 71-72 paint scheme, 396, factory air, turbo 400, 12 bolt rear, bucket seats, wood bed! I wanted to say hello to the board members and say thank you for all the advise I have gotten over the years from here!
thanks and look forward to a few mods... already ordered front & rear discs, drop spindles, lowering springs and shocks, 5 bolt axles, new wheels and tires. hope to get that installed next week.! ill post before and after once completed. (I just saw the Welcome New Members area... I may have posted in the wrong category. sorry) Last edited by wshattuck; 07-01-2016 at 09:39 PM. Reason: wrong thread |

Re: New Owner of a 69 C10...
Very nice truck. Love the Nova...just sold my '63 Nova Convertible as it was just getting harder to get in and out of. I've got a '69 C10 as well. Enjoy your new truck and I also like your barn.

Re: New Owner of a 69 C10...
VERY NICE Truck, Nova & barn. I know you're changing to five lug, but I like those 6 lug car style rally wheels too. Do they have the car type derby(centers)? Just curious, I don't have anything with 6 lugs. What wheels & tires are you going to put on it.... OR are you gonna surprise us?

Re: New Owner of a 69 C10...
I'm going to run the 20" US mags Rambler wheel... pics will be coming as soon as we get them on there.
as for the shop lights those are old galvanized buckets that I installed LED lights into and I ran the electrical cord in the manila rope that they are suspended from. I just wanted something different! will |
