74 C20 Suspension and Brake swap questions

Hi everyone! I am new here and was hoping you guys can help answer some questions.

I want to turn my 74 C20 2wd into a lowered street truck and I'm having trouble finding parts that fit the bill. To simplify matters and open up my parts options, can I swap the front suspension/steering/breaks AND the whole rear axel/diff out for the same year C10 parts and 12 bolt rear end? How much fabrication would I need to do? Would it be worth it or are more C20 street truck parts available than I think? thanks much!

The front suspension and engine crossmember will bolt right in.The end if the spring pad widths are the same it will bolt in but im not sure if they are.Worse case you'd have to move the spring pads and shock mounts on the 1/2 ton axle but its easy if you can weld.
