How does this Forum feel or work

I would like to know how this Forum works.

I am trying to buy a part that I have been waiting for 10 days now for the Tracking #'s and Now I see that the Original Thread has been Deleted as the Original Thread Poster has said to me in a PM that the item has been Sold even though I haven't received anything from him on my Money order even getting to him yet.
Wouldn't the Original Thread stay up until the buying party has received the item in what was described to him as being in the same description as in the original thread? If there happens to be a problem with the sale wouldn't you the buyer need the Original Thread to Post your Frustrations (for a lack of a better word) about the sale for a response back to you for a resolution?

Re: How does this Forum feel or work

What did you buy ? Who did you buy it from ? Did you keep the money order recipt ? 10 days isn't that long considering the mail time . Message the seller and ask when you should expect it ? Sometimes life jumps in the way of our hobbies , most sellers are just trying to help out fellow members with hard to find or cheap parts sometimes it takes time ...if you need immediate delivery or are stuck on the side of the road buy new from a vendor and pay cash or credit card .
