You have to be a subscribed member to do that. It will turn your name BLUE. Then you can sell and ask those questions.

There is a WIW section of the forum, but I believe you need to be a subscribing member to post there. It's only $15 for 6 months and $25 for a year, and you can also post ads in the for sale section.
Usually you can sell one item in that time to cover your costs for the year. And it is usually much cheaper than all of the fees at auction sites.
