I think its more than that. Its Chrysler realized guys out there are wanting this, and are providing it. I would put a hemi in my square... If it was free of course...

Looks like they are trying to ride some of the LS market's momentum. Fat chance. I bet that's super crazy expensive to pull off.

Just read it more. 1800 for the wiring stuff plus another 8-10 K for the engine. I think not.

Re: HEMI crate engine in your Pre-75 Squarebody.

Ok so $1800 for a harness and ECU?? Are people actually buying this? They likely are because Chrysler electronics are beyond complicated...I'll stick with GM. For $1800 I can have a decent 6.0L/4L80E swap in my car and running. The hype is real for the Hemi tho.

My Holley EFI kit (controls 24X 6.0L, 4L80E, with 92MM DBW) I bought for my '67 Camaro lists for $2800...and that's WITHOUT the DBW pedal. $1800 is not a bad deal for a complete setup like that.

Have you priced out a painless wiring harness and computer for engine swaps for GM vehicles? Thats not a bad price for a ready made harness and comp.

Re: HEMI crate engine in your Pre-75 Squarebody.

I'd think an LS in a Mopar would be a more desirable swap.
