Successful 3/4 CPP drop install
My son and I installed a kit from CPP that included 3" f/r springs, 1" rear blocks, shocks, shock re-locators and an adjustable pan-hard bar. A week later the pinion gear bit the dust
Anyways, it looks pretty sweet. My plan is some smaller front tires and convert to front discs with 2" dropped spindles and go another 1" on the rear blocks for a 5/5 drop. Right now it's got 31x10.50 front and 31x11.50 rear. It has 15x8" steelies with 1.5" bolt-on spacers in the rear. Im looking for some period GMC caps for the wheels or late 50's chevy dog dish with the cross flags.
