Since I'm new
I guess I should say hello
I'm the proud owner of a pile of parts that bear a slight resemblance to a 72 Chevy pickup Plans for the truck include lowered 3/5, a new engine (leaning toward an HT 383) 700r4 tranny and a frame off restoration to go with the other mods I'm planning. If I can find one I'll post a pic of it

Welcome to the board. Looks like you have a pretty nice starting point there.

ya, you should keep the GMC grille. maybe even toss a front axle under it and put some clearance lights on top. besides that its pretty kick ass(dont listen to me. a 2wd truck is next on my list of things to do)
