Complete column with aftermarket cruise of some sort. Head will need to be tightened. The wheel is NOT included. The shifter pin looks tight. This should be gone through.

Driver quality wheel. Has 2 circle spots in it that look like it was from the manufacturing process? Not sure on them. Not sticky. $50 plus ship.

How does the size of the circle compare to a cigarette lighter? Looks like there are three other circles to the right of it as well.

I have a wheel and column like that (no wood grain) from a camper van--no circles. I think the lighter theory is pretty likely...
