Vibration at high speeds

I've got a slight vibration at higher speeds 65+ After having the front end looked, tires inspected and balanced, I started looking into phasing of the 2 piece driveshaft. I just checked it and it is out of phase. I measured the angle of the caps on the rear yoke and the front yoke and yes it is out by about 13 degrees. My understanding is 3 degrees is max. My dad apparently never put it back correctly after changing out u-joints.

To be corrected tomorrow. Has anyone else had this problem?
